Jack the System

Jack for Ever, Mange Disque, Paris
w/ Yann Mirage, Sebtronic, Gatasanta and Humangigz

Fine electro/italo /wave/4x4 tracks mixed the always wonderful Jack for Ever crew. But sadly for the delight of few.

Highlight of the night:
Gatasanta's flawless mixing of Prince '1999' into Luke Eargoggles' righteous electro only to be court-martialled Liaisons Dangereuses 'Etre assis ou danser'

Color Temperature

Heating up vision

Remember CRT monitors? Those pre-jog wheel days when each function had its button. Remember I.T lessons? There was button behind the computer monitors which flooded the screen with green. Those monitors got bashed around quite a lot. They didn't come in all shapes or sizes but rather with different colour temperatures ... each one had it's own visual flavor, like wine for discerning eyes.

Crystal Castles and Infants (Fiasco System XX)

They are coming to Paris ... It's so exciting ... barely containable <¦>
More info about where and when further down

INFANTS (Tigertrap, uk)

http://www.myspace.com/infancy

CRYSTAL CASTLES (Merok, Can)

http://www.myspace.com/crystalcastles

Ils recoivent bientôt les louanges de Vice magazine ('the next big thing’, ‘like a playground full of children being showered in acid rain’), du NME ('soon to be an electro-neu-rave classic. Like a Gameboy having a nervous breakdown - imagine!') et de Dazed and Confused ('epic arias of cataclysmic bleeps, twisted out of inspired modifications made to dollar-store keyboards...memories of a mis-spent childhood’) et sont même allés jusqu’à remixer Bloc Party avec force irrespect.
